Digital Products: (Registration Code, License Key or Download-only Products)
Refunds for Digital Products are granted if you are not satisfied for any reason with the Digital Product within 3 days from the date of purchase. To request a refund for a Digital Product, simply click this link to “Customer Support” and fill out the information requested. Be sure to state your reason for requesting a refund. Once your refund is processed, your License Key or Registration Code will be deactivated.
