"I appreciate the idea that all persons can be analyzed during an interview that can assist/facilitate which direction to go with the interview/questioning. The skills I learned will definitely assist me in my career; too bad I did not take this class 18 years ago."
David HernandezSacramento PD"Dr. Matsumoto made the material applicable to my work in law enforcement. So many POST classes have fallen short in that regard. This class was exceptional!"
"This was one of the best classes that I have taken. Keep on passing the good word."
"The idea microexpressions show more than you would think was new and insightful. It opened a whole new outlook of interacting with people now."

This workshop teaches participants to identify scientifically validated behavioral indicators of emotion, cognition, and arousal.
Through applied practice, they learn to interpret nonverbal and verbal cues in context to better assess interviewee mindset and improve information elicitation.
Law enforcement officers face threats that can escalate quickly, from routine calls to ideologically driven violence.
This workshop equips participants to assess and manage both immediate and emerging threats using scientifically validated behavioral indicators.
Topics include signs of radicalization, surveillance behavior, deception tied to future attacks, and facial cues of imminent violence.
